How great was Colin on this week’s episode of Arrow?! It was so fantastic to see him re-appear as Tommy Merlyn, in any shape or form! I thought he brought a really lovely bit of humor to the show and I thought it was a great nod to Chicago Med to have Tommy ‘pop’ Oliver’s shoulder back into place!
